Technical data: our website platform automatically logs standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, needed to serve and secure the website.
Cookies: our website platform sets cookies that are necessary for the site to work and to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry and prepare your estimate. To schedule and perform work you have requested. To direct your request to the appropriate trade team within our company. To maintain business records as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your information is seen by the VIS Mechanical team members who handle your request. This website and our quote form are hosted by Wix, whose servers may be located outside Canada. Information submitted through the form is stored on Wix systems on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
Third party services
Links on our site, for example to Google reviews or government rebate programs, take you to third party sites with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and warranty record keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you. You may ask us to correct or delete your information. You may withdraw consent to further contact at any time.
